Inspiration

For a show called the Chase, there was very little movement and chasing throughout the original show. We were inspired by the sleek lines and hot red color of a modern Ferrari; Modern headlights and curves could add to the overall energy and create a fast pace and race dynamic where there wasn't one previously.

Our goal is to create an emotional connection that moves an audience with the feeling of something fast, exciting, and premium, like a sexy red Ferrari.

 

One problem we encountered was ABC wanted to steer away from the color red, so we designed a more modern super car with more premium colors: blue and gold.

 

We collaborated with the client to update gameplay by developing visually concise storytelling throughout the rounds.
